Steve Bauman's legacy began with his service in the United States Army where he served his country for over 21 years as an Airborne Ranger. After his service, he spent the next several years as a builder in Minnesota, building anything from town homes to notable Luxury homes across the Great Lakes state.

Prior to attaining his Real Estate License in Arizona, Steve served as the Managing Publisher of Homes & Land magazine, giving him an opportunity to work with top agents and their ever changing marketing needs. Steve states, Marketing and the ability to listen to your client's needs are the cornerstone to a positive outcome when buying or selling your home!

Having moved from Minnesota to Arizona himself, Steve searched Maricopa County for the right place to call home. Through this experience, he gained an exhaustive education to the pros and cons of each area, which he now uses to help assist his own clients.
